Broadband internet access can be available if requested

| Cleaning
Communal areas are cleaned on a regular basis
We expect tenants to clean up after themselves and we provide cleaning equipment
Gardens are maintained by a gardener on a regular basis

| Maintenance
We have our own maintenance team who carry out repairs promptly
Let us know if there are any problems quickly so that they can be sorted out as soon as possible

Insurance
We do not provide contents insurance but Endsleigh offer specialist policies if you are living in rented or shared accommodation and will have the policy for you at a very competitive price.
